Seeing as I haven't really posted anything related to my crafty endeavours in months, I'm gonna start this week off with a DIY update! These garter-style leggings that I'm wearing today are one of my latest creations. I was inspired to make a pair when I saw this post on my tumblr dash, and I was like 'OMG I NEED TO MAKE THESE', and then I ran straight to my sewing machine and didn't get up until I was finished. Luckily I already had the fabric & clips that I needed to make them with, too! The originals cost about $70, whereas my own version didn't cost me anything (I bought the fabric a couple months ago for about $6.) Yay for super cheap DIYs! ♡
I used heart-shaped suspender clips for the garters. ｡♥‿♥｡
From far away my top looks as if it's printed with cute little candy hearts, but up close they're actually these nasty little hate hearts, which I LOVE. I think they get the message across nicely! 0.~
